About Viv
Vivienne Little is a fully qualified registered Keep Fit Association (KFA) Teacher. She first qualified to teach Keep Fit to adults in July 2001 and has been teaching ever since. Moving on to qualifications including Children and Older adults, Vivienne has now reached Advanced Instructor status on the REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) at Level 3 and will soon be training to tutor new teachers herself.Vivienne Little also teaches dance and gym at a local primary school in Wokingham. So, with a very varied client base, Vivienne can adapt her classes to suit everyone from 4yrs to 104yrs!
Obviously working with children requires further qualifications and Vivienne also has a full CRB Check and holds a current First Aid certificate. She loves her teaching and enjoys welcoming new members to her classes.
Vivienne's sessions are lively, can be energetic but most of all are fun.
